This believed-to-be haunted camp was once a camp for Chinese laborers who built the country's railroads in the 1800s. Witnesses have reported a phantom steam locomotive, footsteps, voices speaking Chinese and tiny lights that spark on the railroad tracks. This canyon has an eerie history and is where a number of climbers have died and murders have taken place. Many believe this is why the place is said to be haunted. Witnesses have claimed to se the apparition of a man in 1970s or 1980s clothing standing on a rock peak, then quickly running down the mountain.
